A Trainee Plus is a trainee who has already completed his/her university studies and has additional qualifications such as an MBA or knowledge of several languages...  As a Trainee Plus, you will receive a monthly stipend which will help you cover your expenses in Mexico as well as the airfare to and from Mexico.

You can NOT apply to become a Trainee Plus, however, once you have registered to become a Trainee, but we MIGHT upgrade you to Trainee Plus status with your consent...  Everything depends on your qualifications and the demand for trainees. Please note this decision is taken by Exito Mundi and cannot be negotiated...
